PRESENTATION
SWAN Real Estate Management is a SGEIC (“Sociedad Gestora de Entidades de Inversión Colectiva”) management company, supervised by the Spanish financial authorities (CNMV). These management companies are certified to manage collective investment vehicles (EICC = “Entidades de Inversión Colectiva de tipo Cerrado”), including the control and risk management of the aforementioned type of vehicles.
SWAN Real Estate Management has been authorised by the CNMV to manage real estate investment vehicles in Spain and Portugal. Currently, we manage two investment vehicle which invest in the acquisition of residential real estate assets in the main Galician cities (North-West Spain), with the objective to refurbish the assets and sale the resulting units preferably one-by-one.
Those vehicles have a subscribed share capital of €34 million and is 100% owned by Spanish investors.
